Socioeconomic Role of Women in the Light of Islamic Teachings and Constitution of Pakistan

Pakistan is the sixth largest populated country estimated to have 200 million persons. Nearly half of its population comprised Women. Pakistani Women are contributing advancement this by playing a vital role in core fields. But there some areas where women facing challenges like gender discrimination, limited access education, domestic violence etc. Islam bestowed significance value Islamic community. It that transforms from symbol shame mark an honor Man dominated society. Beside Glory also certain limits for described Islam. Muslim Prophet Muḥammad (PBUH) era perfect exemplary Models us. Besides being dutiful Mother, Wife, Daughter and sister they did engage worldly affairs too. true home family should be women’s first priority but present time importance cannot denied particular Constitution provides equal rights women.
